Excellent service provided by all staff! Very friendly and dedicated staff that look after your basic needs during the stay. Hotel is small but clean & well maintained. Rooms are spilt into 2 sides I.e one side with lift & the other side without lift. Room has TV. Hotel is about 1 min walk from the shopping streets & located on a quiet street. It’s about 20 mins away from Koln Hbf when you walk with your luggage. Excellent location as you can get any shopping u need within easy reach e.g. supermarket, malls, pharmacies, cafes, C&A, H&M, Espirit, boutiques, Xmas markets etc Breakfast selection is awesome and well replenished as staff keeps a constant check on quantity available.

Location was great, breakfast was varied - a good start to the day. Room was tired but we expected this after reading some of the reviews, but was clean with a very comfortable bed, although pillows could be better. Tomas who met us in reception on Friday night when we arrived was very helpful and informative, lovely member of staff, as were all the breakfast staff.

It is in an excellent location. Approximately 10 minutes from the central station and literally 1-2 minutes from the city center. I did not have to use public transportation to travel around the city and enjoyed every moment! Also, the staff was very friendly and helpful and made me feel safe and welcome. It is a great deal for the price and the location!

We were only staying 1 night and the room fitted our needs. Comfy bed, reasonable shower, plenty of towels/shampoo. A reasonable range of continental items for breakfast and plenty of drink choices. Helpful staff both at reception and during breakfast. Five minfutes walk to city centre, 2 minutes to plenty o shops.

As there were no other facilities for making drinks, the unlimited availability of self-service drinks at breakfast was very welcome. The bread rolls, croissants and strawberry jam were excellent on Thursday and Friday. On Saturday morning there was a most delicious fresh fruit salad.
